What happens to my funds?+
A request points directly to the address you enter. MotePaid does not hold funds, ask for keys, or sign transactions. The payer’s wallet shows the amount and applicable network fee before signing.
How is a payment confirmed?+
Each request has a unique public reference. “Check payment” looks for a successful transaction with that reference and a matching SOL transfer to the recipient. A payment is only marked paid after it reaches finalized commitment. If you send manually without the reference, use Receipts to inspect the transaction separately.
Where are my profiles and requests saved?+
In this browser, on this device. You can export agent profiles and requests as JSON. Payment links include the recipient, label, amount and reference, so share them only with the people who should see those details. Clearing your browser data removes local records.
